Acrylic Electrocoating CR840

1. INTRODUCTION

- Electrophoretic painting CR840 has excellent corrosion resistance, UV resistance in an acrylic formulation with low Volatile Organic Compounds(low VOC) and Hazardous air pollutants free (HAPs-Free).
- The ability to replace two-coat operations with a similarly performing one-coat process.
- Good throwpower for products with deep recesses or when dense line loads are common.
- Used for metal surface such as Iron, Aluminum, Copper, Antimony,… to avoid the rust
