Product Description
The Trolume PXN-B bright barrel nickel process has been developed to meet the high standards required in modern bright, barrel nickel plating. The unique addition agents result in the process having the following.
Characteristics:
- Extremely rapid rates of brightening and levelling.
- Ductile deposits free of lamination.
- Deposits are very active and suitable for subsequent plating.
- Deposits are light in color and pleasant in appearance.
- A single maintenance system thus easy to control.
Bath Composition
The Trolume PXN-B bright barrel nickel process can be operated in a wide variety of basic solution formulations. Whatever formulation is used, a basic solution comprising 55 – 60 g/l metal is recommended.
